Pricing/Charges Of Services
Empawer is committed to making therapy accessible while maintaining high standards of professional care. We offer a flexible sliding scale for individual sessions based on the client’s financial situation. Our charges for services are transparent and inclusive of applicable taxes. Fees are subject to revision and will be updated on our official communication channels in advance.
- Individual Counselling Session (60 minutes): ₹1500 – ₹2200
- Animal-Assisted Therapy Session (60 minutes): ₹1800 – ₹2200
(Sessions are held with trained therapy animals under professional supervision.) - Package Rates:
Available for clients committing to long-term therapy. Please inquire directly for personalized plans.
All payments are accepted in INR and processed securely via CC Avenue or UPI. Invoices and receipts are issued for all completed transactions.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be rescheduled without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be charged in full.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed sessions. Refunds for pre-paid sessions will be considered only in special cases (e.g., therapist unavailability or medical emergencies) and at our sole discretion, or unless agreed upon between therapist and client.
- No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be deemed chargeable and non-refundable.
All refund-related concerns must be submitted in writing to hello.empawer@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
