Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Empawer. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients engaging in therapy, counselling, or animal-assisted therapy through Empawer, or your access of our website. 

1. Eligibility: Our services are intended for individuals above 18 years of age. Minors may access therapy only with parental/guardian consent.
2. Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential, with exceptions governed by Indian law (e.g., risk of harm to self/others).
3. Session Bookings: Sessions are to be booked in advance via our online scheduling system or through direct communication.
4. Payments: All payments for sessions must be completed in advance through our secure payment gateway (CC Avenue) or UPI .
5. Session Timings: Clients are expected to be punctual. Delayed arrival may reduce session duration.
6. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to therapist availability.
7. Code of Conduct: Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the therapeutic relationship.

Empawer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
